BACKGROUND
For a number of years, there has been controversy over the topic of the legality of the ‘Australian Government’, particularly the claim that it has been replaced with a private corporation
This corporation, registered in the USA, has private shareholders that are pocketing our taxes, according to claims of many proponents of the theory.
The movement grew out of the experience of Scott Bartle, who had troubles importing his 1959 Chevrolet Corvette into Australia – soon noticing there were what he described as two governments and two parliaments.
Through this experience, Scott issued government requests to provide validation they were not a private legal entity, where he claims to be treated with contempt for threatening non-compliance.
Scott’s main points centered on questioning why department documents referred to individuals as “clients”, why there is copyright symbols on government websites and logos, and why the Australian Coat of Arms is a registered trademark with the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
Furthermore, one of the main arguments involves no response from relevant authorities on questions about why the Commonwealth of Australia is registered as a private company with the SEC in the United States.

Since this video was released, Scott Bartle (and others) have been running a relentless campaign to convince people that the government of Australia is illegitimate and is a private US corporation.
